Naam Yoga Tools classes are both educational and experiential in nature. Students will learn the “what, why, how, where and when” to apply all techniques, tips and exercises shared in each class to achieve total wellness specific to these categories. This class will educate students on ways to detoxify the body including using nutrition, breath, meditation, mudra and plenty of physical movement!
