There are so many positive uses. I have used this mantra since December of 2017 and wish I knew of itlong, long ago! I have noticed significant changes in my life with each use.

Excellent and needed for:
High stress situations
Caregivers to those who are stressed, Ill, imbalanced…..
Addiction of any kind
Negative thinking spirals
How do you know if you are stressed?
Your breathing is shallow
Feel tense inside
Raising voice in responses
Symptoms vary for each person
Be comfortable doing this mantra
Listen to it on low
Have a fun experiment and see what this does for you!
Sit afterwards and notice how you feel
Create a new positive imprint by noticing your new state
Suggested: Repeat daily in early am, start of day
Repeat in afternoon between 4 and 7pm
